Briarlows Spanish Water Dogs

Hi there, let me introduce myself.  My names Diane and I am the proud owner of Briarlow's Spanish Water Dogs and Pomeranian's.

My mother and father set-up the Briarlow name many years ago when they had Rough Collies and then they turned their hand to Pomeranian's.  We have had Pomeranian's for 26 years.  Then 14 years ago I fell in love with the Spanish Water Dog whilst with some friends at the World Show in Valencia Spain and that's where my addiction to the breed started.   I am now owned by 6 of them.  My eldest is 13 this year and my youngest is 9 months old.

I mainly have to thank Antonio Garcia Perez (Ubrique Kennel) and the Canagua partnership, of which I was one of the original partners, who imported the breed into the UK almost 14 years ago.  The two main people that I have to thank though are my parents who have been there through the good and the bad and who help me with any litters as I work full time!  Without them I wouldn't have been able to bring into the world many of these dogs.

These pages are not going to be a discussion on the breed but to show you in pictures how much I adore my dogs and how I could never be without them.

I hope that you all enjoy looking at them as much as I do owning them.
